Dog Days of Summer: Good Dog!

Dogs have a special place in our lives, as trusting companions and members of the family.

Although in earlier points in history dogs were not necessarily revered¹,  I prefer to see these dog themed plant names as celebrating the favorite traits of our canine friends. Whether it's Dog's Tail Grass wagging in the wind, Hound's Tongue looking like your best friend trying to lick your face, or the Dog's Nose fungus which is arguably the cutest part of a dog, these plants represent good dogs!
