Dry sclerophyll. Eucalyptus racemosa, Leptospermum, Syncarpia, Allocasuarina. Scattered. In sand.

Description
Pileus white to pale yellow, pale pinkish buff when pressed, suede-like, sticky, with appendiculate veil remains at margin. Flesh white, unchanging, bitter taste, mild odor. Tubes pale vinaceous unchanging. Stipe equal, white alveolate reticulate, dingy orange yellow stains at base, sticky and wet, with interior white, pithy to hollow sometimes yellow in the base, with copious white rhizomorphs.
