A banyon-like tree to 15 m. tall and with low, rounded crown of 20 m. diameter; central stem encased in numerous prop roots coming from bases of branches; latex lacking in leaves, twigs, and fruit, but present in trunk; veins above and below contrastingly light green; fruit light green.
