Description:

Single-stemmed shrub ca. 50 cm tall. Leaves subcoriaceous. Petals deep pink. Filaments white.

Habitat:

Secondary forest with remnants of primary forest, right margin of Igarapé. Just outside of Parque Nacional Serra do Divisor.
