Description:

Epiphytic and part parasitic shrub upon small tree stems 25 feet above the very humid and wooded gulch; stem few to several, branched from near the base, 1 to 2 feet long or longer; branchlets lax, greenish, terete as is also the stem; leaves coriaceous, descending, dull green on both sides, twisted and subfalcate toward the recurved apex; spike also pale green, the ellipsoid juicy fruit jelly red.
