Description:

Shrub to 1.5 m. Leaves coriaceous, bright green above, pale beneath. Sepals whitish-green. Petals pale greenish-white. Anthers yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

With water worn horizontally bedded sandstone at soil surface, with damp sand, sedge marsh, exposed rock with waterfall. Open scrub to closed low woodland in the drier areas.
