Description:

Lone shrub with spreading or descending branches; bark orangish-gray; leaf blades horizontal, green above, pale green beneath; petals and filaments white, the petals pinkish at tips, the anthers pale brown. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Crevice of limestone rock outcrop at edge of canyon bottom with Holodiscus and Petrophytum.
