Arbol 3-4m alto; haz verde oscuro, enves mas claro; fruto globosa-deprimido. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Bosque humedo tropical. Suelo aluvial fertil. Bosque primario cerca el hueto del cacao.
