Description:

Shrub, arching, ca 1.5 m tall and 2-3 m long, the stems 3, each ca 2.5 cm diam; bark grey/brown, peeling in long, narrow strips; flowers white. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Beech-maple mesic forest at edge of preserve parking area and near habitation.
