Description:

Tree, ca. 20 m high. Base buttressed. Buttresses steep/strongly spreading at base, ca. 15 cm thick. Bark dark brown, reddish brown when young, thin scaly, flaky, faintly longitudinally cracked. Fruits dark brown with light brown lenticels; light brown lenticels on the cup. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
