Description:

Erect shrub 2 m. tall in disturbed, grazed caatinga on hillside. Several trunks arising from base. Lateral branches stiff, short, horizontal. Leaves dark green on upper surface, rather shiny, with slightly raised nerves, midrib pale green; on lower surface light yellow-green, shiny. Sterile. Only one plant seen.
