Description:

Árbol, 30 m x 50 cm. Flores petalos: petalos morados, estaminodios amarillos. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Bosque prímario.

Collection Notes: The Osa population may represent a related by distinct species from the populations found in Pamana and Colombia.
