Description:

Unbranched tree 8 m, stem 20 cm diam, with flowers along most of stem; pedicels red, calyx green, corolla cream, stamens yellow, filamens of inntermost whorl red at base, pistil red. Fruit greenish brown. Flowers with fruity scent. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
Habitat:

Moist forest, partly disturbed.
