Brazil. Bahia. Uruçuca Mun. Fazenda Tres Irmaos, ca. 10 km W of Serra Grande on road to Uruçuca, then 1.5 km. N into fazenda. Southern edge of Parque Estadual Serra do Condurú.

Description:

Tree, 12 m. tall; leaves coriaceous, dark shiny green above, paler beneath; fruit scurfy brown. Tree not buttressed, bark not deeply furrowed. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Disturbed southern Bahian wet forest.
