Definition:

In this type of hood, the interior of the hood forms an inward coil and the vestigial stamens at the end of the coil are nectar-producing.

Notes:

There are differences in the degree of coiling and orientation of the hood among the species that possess this type of androecial hood but we have not yet described this variation.
