Description: Bilobed leaf of a species of Bauhinia based on an unvouchered plant growing on the grounds of the Alamo, San Antonio, Texas. This genus was named after the Bauhin brothers (Johan and Caspar) by Linnaeus with each lobe representing one of the brothers.
