Pileo glabro rubro; stipite elongato furfuraceo; hymenia vividi-flavo Pileus 1.0 - 1.5 in across, stem 2.0 - 1.25 in high, 2.0 - 3.0 lines thick. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.

In thick woods. On rotten wood.
