Description:

Pileus 2-4 cm broad, convex to plano-convex, viscid, matted under gluten, 10F8-8C8-7B7-5B7, with glutinous ochre to pale ochre veil continuing down stipe over alveolate stipe sturface. Flesh white, unchanging with mild odor and taste. Hymenophore white at first, then porphyry pink, unchanging. Stipe 4-12 cm long, 5-12 mm broad, white, alveolate reticulate, sometimes coarsely so, dry, but sometimes with glutinous veil remnants adhering, equal but more often tapering downward. White mycelium at base. See previous collection from 1992.
