Description:

Pileus 6 cm broad, convex, dry, matted subtomentose, violet brown (11E4), with even margin. Flesh white with pale violet brown tint, unchanging, with mild odor and taste. Tubes slightly depressed around stipe, 8 mm long, grayish yellow (4B3), unchanging, with pores dark brown, stuffed (young material). Stipe 15 cm x 12 mm, ±equal, dry, very pale violet with brown scabers, white at base, with solid interior, colored as in pileus. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
