Location:

Costa Rica. Guanacaste. Near Liberia, Area Conservacion Guanacaste, 15 km S of Liberia, 17 km E of Interamerican Highway, Estación "La Virgen", sendero El Cañal.

Description:

Pileus 4.5 cm broad, dry plano-convex, white with some yellow toward margin, with white flesh. Yellow tubes. Pale pinkish flesh colored stipe, subpruinose, 5 cm x 1 cm, with white, hollow interior.
Habitat:

Quercus oleoides. Gregarious. On soil.
