Description:

Pileus 2-25 cm, convex to plane, dry with scqales, violet brown (10F4), margins incurved, fienly crenate. Hymenophiore lamnellate, decurrent, bright yellow (3A6), bluing with age, subdistant, with venations; lamellulae presetn. Stipe 1.5-2.5 x 0.4 cm, equal, fienly scaly, brownish (7E4), entire, with yellow basal mycelium. Flesh white yellowish (2A2), blueing at the margins when exposed. Stipe and flesh bluing with ammonia, flesh under pileus turnign pinkish with ammonia. Odor and tate mild.
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Quercus seemannii. Solitary. On soil.
