Description:

Pileus up to 1 cm, convex, dark brown (6F7), squamulose, margins crenate, slightly recurved.. Hymenophore lamellate, bright yellow (3A6), lamellae sometiems with anastomeses, edges smooth, short decurrent. Stipe 1.5 x 0.1 cm, equal or tapering downwards, enitre, the top is ruinose and concolorous with lamellae, brown (7F5) and fibrous dowanwards. White basal mycelium. Odor and taste mild.
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Quercus seemannii. Gregarious. On soil.
