Description:

Pileus plane to slightly convex at the top, light ochraceous brown (6C6, 6C7), with brown scales. Hymenophore lamellate, decurrent, bright yellow (3A7), with venation, lamellulae present. Stipe tapering downwards, light ochraceous (6C6) with ridges. Lamellae, flesh, and pileus turning blue with ammonia.
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Quercus copeyensis, Q. rapurahuensis. Gregarious. On soil.
