Description:

Pileus plane, margin irregular, surface finely scaly, vinaceous brown (8F5). Hymenophore lamellate, subdistant, lamellulae present, yellow (3A7), margins smooth, decurrent. Stipe equal, fibrous, brownish (7E7). Yellowish basal mycelium. Flesh light brown. Odor sweet.
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Quercus copeyensis, Q. rapurahuensis. Solitary. On soil.
