Description:

Pileus convex to plane or depressed, light ochraceous, areolate when mature, velvety or finely scaly when young, surface of the pileus blue with ammonia, becoming pale lilac in about 5 minutes. Hymenophore lamelllate with venations,, yellow, lamellulae present, decurrent. Stip equal, recurved, yellowish to ochraceous, scaly. Yellow basal mycelium. Flesh and lamellae blueing with ammonia.
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Quercus copeyensis, Q. rapurahuensis. Gregarious. On soil.
