Description:

Pileus 1-3.5 cm broad, convex with involute margins in the younger specimens, ochraceous brown, finely pulverulent. Hymenophore lamellate, bright yellow with venations, lamellulae present, decurrent. Stipe 1-2.5 x 0.4-0.6 cm, tapering downwards, light ochraceous with brownish scales, yellow basal mycelium. Staining blue with ammonia in the pileus, flesh, stipe, lamellae. Odor and taste mid.
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Quercus copeyensis, Q. rapurahuensis. Gregarious. On soil.
