Description:

Pileus 4 cm broad, plano-convex, dry, finely subvelutinous, dark brown overall with 3 pale spots on disc. Flesh white, unchanging. Tubes adnexed, white, unchanging, with fine pores. Stipe 7.5 cm x 1.3 cm, equal to barely subclavate, dry, finely matted pruinose to matted subpruinose, dark brown with some more orange brown toward base, with interior white, hollow to chambered, unchanging, with some brownish pink in the base.

Sclerophyll. Eucalyptus, Melaleuca. Solitary. On soil.
