Description:

Pileus 4.5 cm broad, brown to cinnamon brown (6-7F8, 6E8-7), dry to moist, subtomentose to barely subvelutinous, even overall. Flesh white, 9 mm thick, unchanging when exposed, with mild odor and taste. Hymenophore tubulose, 9 mm long, adnate, unchanging, olive yellow (3C-D6-5); pores concolorous, unchanging. Stipe 6 cm long, 9 mm broad, equal, dry, subpunctate to subpruinose, 7D6 overall, white at base, with white basal mycelium. NH4 – dark purple brown around brownish orange spot.
Habitat:

Tropical montane forest. Castanopsis, Lithocarpus, Quercus. Solitary. On soil.
