Description:

Appearing quite as if going gastroid. Pileus 3-5.5 cm broad, convex white, staining brown, dry, appressed subtomentose, with convoluted and irregular, incurved to almost inrolled margin. Flesh white changing to pale pinkish buff, with pungent odor and taste. Tubes shallow, adnate, staining pinkish brown, with pores irregular and small, staining likewise. Stipe short, 2-3 cm long, 1.5-2.5 cm broad, central, strict or curved, tapering downward, dry, white, staining brown, finely matted subtomentose, with interior as in pileus, white at base. Spores subglobose to short-ellipsoid; hymenial cystidia (pseudocystidia) abundant and filled with colored oily contents.

Sclerophyll. Eucalyptus sp. Gregarious to scattered. On soil.
