Description:

Pileus 62 mm, irregularly convex, densely matted subtomentose, brown (7F7) fading to dull grayish brown. Context white, staining faintly blue then faintly red (specimen rather mature, so staining reactions faint). Odor and taste mild. Pores round, 2 per.
Habitat:

Dry sclerophyll. Allocasurina, Eucalyptus. Solitary.
