Description:

Pileus 2.5-6 cm broad, convex to plano-convex, dry subtomentose, brown to olive brown, becoming finely areolate. Flesh pale yellow, slowly and slightly cyanescent. Lamellae adnate when young, with decurrent tooth with age, close, bright yellow at first, vivid yellow (3A8) with age, cyanescent. Stipe 3-5 cm long, 7-1.5 mm broad, equal or slightly tapering toward base, strict or curved, terete or somewhat flattened, dry, yellow and glabrous above, pale brown and finely subpruinose below, with white mycelium at base, with interior white, slightly cyanescent at apex, unchanging below. NH4: grayish magenta o pileus, (-) elsewhere.
Habitat:

Sclerophyll. Syncarpia, Leptospermum, Lophostemon. Gregarious. On sand.
