Description:

Pileus 2 cm broad, convex, dry, finely areolate with brown fine squamules. Flesh white unchanging with mild odor and taste. Tubes white with a hint of vinaceous pink. Stipe 3 cm long, 5 mm broad, equal, dry, white with a coarse, brown, alveolate reticulum, white at base. Spores amygdaliform, rostrate, with fine, verrucose ornamentation about the middle, smooth at apex and base.
Habitat:

Dry sclerophyll. Eucalyptus, Leptospermum, Corymbia. Solitary. On sand.

Allied to A. lacunosus.
