Description:

Pileus 17 mm broad, convex, tacky, matted subtomentose with fibrils agglutinating somewhat, with sterile margin, deep olive green. Flesh white, unchanging. Tube white (immature?). Stipe 4 cm long, 4 mm broad, equal, curved at at base, dry, white, alveolate-reticulate, with some pale brownish smears (veil remnants?) scattered on reticulum, with white unchanging interior, developing dull orange to pale yellow stains at base (not oxidation). Immature - spores not seen (21 Mar 2012).
Habitat:

Dry sclerophyll. Allocasuarina, Xanthostemon. Solitary.
