Description:

Pileus 4.5 cm broad, plano-convex, dry, heavily appressed, pale yellow (4A3), staining light brown. Flesh pale yellow to white, staining light brown. Tubes adnexed, pale yellow, with pores staining light brown. Stipe 6 x 1.5 cm, equal and tapered at base, dry, heavily appressed, light yellow staining brown to dark brown, with interior pithy becoming chambered, pale yellow, staining dark brown in base, lighter brown above.
Habitat:

Sclerophyll. Eucalyptus signata, E. pilularis, Leptospermum, Allocasuarina. Solitary. In sand.
