Description:

Pileus caramel brown (6C6), heavily matted fibrillose to matted tomentose, to nearly squamulose at margin, with interior white, slowly and lightly cyanescent, likewise in stipe and becoming hollow below. Tubes yellow, unchanging, with pores yellow and lightly cyanescent. Stipe very pale yellow above, pale caramel brown below, matted pubescent to matted finely squamulose, with an annular zone or ridge below.
Habitat:

Sclerophyll. Eucalyptus racemosa, Leptospermum, Syncarpia, Allocasuarina. Scattered to gregarious. In sand.
