Description:
Pileus 17-36 mm, convex, pale pink (7A2-9A2) with dark brown, appressed tomentose fibrils. Context white, unchanging; odor and taste mild. Hymenophore poroid; pores round to slightly irregular, 2 (-3) per mm; pale brownish pink; tubes slightly more pink, less than or equal to 4 mm long.Stipe 26-37 x 3-5 mm, solid, equal, reticulate-ridged, white, with minute brownish-pink scabers (scabers do not follow reticulum edges); lower portion of stipe (occasionally entire surface except for extreme apical portion) chrome yellow (3A6-3A8); surface appears to darken where handled.
