Description:

Pileus 12.5 cm broad, planoconvex, dry, subvelutinous, dark brownish gray to chocolate brown. Flesh white, bluegreen . Stipe 8 x 2.5 cm, subclavate, flesh white, stains red then black. Hymenophore pinkish brown, stains blue green, then red, then black.
Habitat:

Coastal moist conifer forest. Picea sitchensis. Solitary. On soil.
