Description:

Pileus 3-6 cm broad, convex to plano-convex, dry, matted subtomentose, brown to pale brown to pale olive brown, lilac with NH4. Flesh white to pale yellowish white, unchanging, with mild odor and taste. Lamellae subdecurrent to decurrent, close, yellow to dark yellow, becoming somewhat orange yellow with age, cyanescent. Stipe 4-5 cm long, 1-2 cm broad, curved, dry, pale yellow at apex, whitish to tan below, white at base, with interior white and unchanging.
Habitat:

Sclerophyll. Eucalyptus spp. Gregarious. On sandy soil.
