Description:

Pileus 6-10.5 cm broad, convex to plane, dry, matted subtomentose, cinnamon brown (6E6). Flesh white, unchanging, 1.2-2.5 cm thick. Tubes depressed around the stipe, pale olive brown (4C-D5,4), 1-2 cm long; pores concolorous, bruising pale brown. Stipe 6-10 cm long, 1.5-2 cm broad, equal, but tapering at the base, dry, dark brown above, cinnamon brown to pale brown below, white at the pinched base, with a conspicuous, fine to medium coarse, brown reticulum; interior white, solid, unchanging. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
Habitat:

Oak forest on volcano. Quercus oleoides. Gregarious. On soil.
