Description:

Pileus brown, subtomentose, becoming areolate, 1.5-3.5 cm broad, convex to plane, dry, with NH4 (blue), turquoise green with NH4 on whitish flesh. Hymenophore lamellate, decurrent, yellow to greenish yellow, subdistant, apparently not staining blue. Stipe 2-5 cm long, 3-8 mm broad, tapering downward, pruinose, pale red on white ground color, bright yellow mycelium at base.
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Quercus seemannii & Q. copeyensis. Gregarious. On soil.
