Description:

Pileus 2.3-4 cm, depressed, granulose surface, even margins, dark brown (6F5) especially in the younger, ochraceous yellowish (5D6,5C6) with darker scales. Hymenophore laemllate, bright yellow, lamellae subdistant with venations, laamellulae present, decurrent. Stipe 2-3.5 x 0.3-0.5 cm, equal sometimes recurvedd, yellowish nea the lamellae, whitish wtih brown scales towards the base. White basal mycelium. Growing on wood. Flesh turns blue when exposed. Pileus, lamellae, stipe and flesh turn blue with ammmonia. Odor faintly sweet, Taste not discernable.
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Quercus copeyensis. Gregarious. On wood.
