Description:

Pileus (0.8)2-4.2 cm, convex becoming plane when mature, sometimes with recurved margins, brown at the center (6F6), areolalte with lighter brown (6E7) at margins in young specimens, light blue in contact with ammonia, margin entire. Hymenophore lamellate, subdistant bright yellow (2A7), lamellulae present, venations not very conspicuous, long decurrent. Stipe (1.5) 2.2-3.2 x 0.3-0.5 cm, equal entire, finely scaly, light yellow at top (2A4) especiallyin young basidiomes, becoming light ochraceous at the bottom (5B5), 5B4). White basal mycelium. Flesh light yellow (2A4), blueing when exposed.

Montane cloud forest. Quercus rapurahuensis. Gregarious. On soil.
