Description:

Pileus 3.5-6 cm broad, plane, dry, with finely small brown scales (6E7, 6E8), plaer in older material (6D7,6C6), staining blue-green with ammonia. Hymenophore yellow (3A7, 3A8), lamellate with venations, decurrent, lamellulae present. Stipe 4-6 x 0.6 cm, equal, yellowish at teh top (4A2), brownish with small scales athe bottom (6D7), white mycelium at the base, staining blue with ammonia. Flesh yellowish (2A2).
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Quercus copeyensis, Q. rapurahuensis. Gregarious. On soil.
