Description:

Pileus 3.6-4.5 cm, applanate, light brown, ochraceous at the margins, finely scaly, margins smooth. Hymenophore lamellate, decurrent, bright yellow with venations, lamellulae present, sub-close, edges smooth. Stipe tapering downwards with fibrillose longitudinal scales, light brown, white basal mycelium. Staining blue with amonia. Odor light sweet, with mild taste.
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Quercus copeyensis, Q. rapurahuensis. Gregarious. On logs.
