Description:

Flesh yellow in pileus, paler yellow downward in stipe, cyanescence most intense in pileus, less so toward stipe base, pale brownish orange in base. Stipe rhubarb red, yellow at apex, white at base. Pileus with fine, erect, dark red, conical warts, with pale yellow showing between. Spore deposit deep olive. Spores from deposit usually with cross-striae.
Habitat:

Sclerophyll. Eucalyptus racemosa, Syncarpia, Leptospermum. Gregarious. On dead wood.
