Description:

Solitary. Pileus 8.5 cm broad, dry, but initially tacky, suede-like on disc, less so toward margin, pale yellow (4A3), with short sterile margin fragments. Flesh white, unchanging, with mild odor and bitter taste. Tubes adnexed, grayish rose, unchanging, with pores likewise. Stipe 14 cm long, 1 cm broad at apex, slightly broader below, curved near base, sticky subviscid, alveolate reticulate, white above, with sordid dull yellow to yellowish brown stains near base, white at base, with interior solid above, hollow at base, white to yellow.
Habitat:

Sclerophyll. Syncarpia glomulifera, Leptospermum, Allocasuarina, Eucalyptus. Sand.
