Description:

Pileus 2 cm, plane at the top, dark brown (6F5), velutinous, sometimes with a yellow margin. Hymenophore lamellate, decurrent, broght yellow, lamellulae present. Stipe equal, with small scales, yellowish at the top, whitish with ochraceous small scales towards the base, with white basal mycelium. Flesh and pileus turning blue with ammonia.
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Quercus copeyensis, Q. rapurahuensis. Gregarious. On soil.
