Description:

Pileus 3-4 cm broad, convex to plano-convex, dry, subtomentose to matted subtomentose, olive brown (green), with even margin. Flesh white, slowly tan on exposure, with mild odor and taste. Tubes adnate, white to pale pinkish white, with even pores, staining brown. Stipe 3-5 cm long, 8-15 mm broad, tapered to base or rarely subclavate, dry, white staining brown, pruinose, with interior white, slowly changing to tan, white at base. Spores suballantoid to ellipsoid. Hymenial cystidia (pseudocystidia) abundant and with pigmented colloidal content.
Habitat:

Sclerophyll. Eucalyptus, Angophora, Syncarpia, Allocasuarina. Gregarious. On soil.
