Description:

solitary. Pileus 2-4 cn broad, viscid, convex, 3A8-7-6, glabrous. Flesh white, unchanging, up to 1 cm thick; margin with collaapsing sterile tissue (veil remnant?). Tubes 8C-D3 (porphyry pink), deeply depressed around stipe, unchanging, angular, up to 1 mm broad; pores concolorous, unchanging. 11 mm deep. Stipe 7-9.5 cm long, 5-10 mm broad, dry, white, alveolate-reticulate, ±equal, with collapsing, viscid, pale yellow veil remnant (probably peronate UV attached to pileus margin); interior white, unchanging. Odor mild; taste mild. Spores pitted to irreg. so overall, occasionally with smooth plage. Pits sometimes widely dispersed so as to isolate warts & ridges. NH4 - light cinnamon on pileus.
