Description:

Pileus up to 2.5 cm broad, convex, dry, tomentose to matted tomentose, becoming areolate toward margin, cinnamon brown. Flesh pale yellow, unchanging. Tubes yellow, unchanging, depressed around the stipe, <4 mm long; pores concolorous, unchanging, <1 mm broad. Stipe subclavate, 2-3.5 cm long, 5-7 mm broad, dry, glabrous, pale cinnamon, white at the base.
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Quercus seemannii, Q. copeyensis. Gregarious. On soil.
